During Automechanika, Giulio Iob presented a key detail of DEA's Fluid Distribution Module, designed to facilitate hose handling in the workshop.

The module features horizontal and vertical rollers that guide the hose during use, preventing it from coming into direct contact with the cabinet.

This system helps protect both the hose and the cabinet, reducing the risk of damage during operation.

In a professional Automotive workshop, even the way a hose moves through a workstation deserves attention. Every component must be designed with consideration for how the equipment will be used and how its different elements interact.

In the heart of Jakarta, Indonesia, the MINI project shows a way of designing the service area that goes beyond its operational function.

The workshop is clean, carefully finished and open to view. From the parking area, the workshop is one of the first spaces the customer sees, making the technical area an immediate part of the service experience.

At the entrance, the reception welcomes the customer in a carefully designed environment. Behind the desks, large glass windows open the view onto the areas dedicated to servicing and maintenance, creating a direct connection between customer welcome, workshop activity and brand identity.

For an Automotive brand, after-sales is an important part of the overall customer journey. It has to support technicians in their work, while also communicating order, care and reliability.

The MINI Jakarta project, connected to the PLAZA group, shows how workshop design can support service quality and reflect the same attention that the group dedicates to every customer.

Cutting is one of these key stages. It is where each component begins to take shape, moving from technical drawing to physical form according to the specifications defined during the design phase.

This operation requires precision, control and consistency, as the accuracy of these first steps directly affects the subsequent production stages and the final installation.

When carried out with care, the cutting process helps ensure a smooth production flow and supports a final result that remains faithful to the original design.
