Aqua M20 Pro: collaudo e training operativo all’Università di Genova – DICCA

Questa settimana abbiamo avuto il piacere di svolgere il collaudo e il training operativo di un South Surveying Aqua M20 Pro equipaggiato con ecoscandaglio single beam SDE-18S, fornito al DICCA – Dipartimento di Ingegneria Civile, Chimica e Ambientale dell’Università di Genova nell’ambito del progetto CRESO – Interreg Italia-Francia Marittimo.

SANDLAND is an Italy–Malta project focused on the study and mapping of shallow marine environments, where innovative technologies can make a real difference in understanding and monitoring the seafloor.

As part of the project, AEMME Surveying supplied the YellowScan Navigator to the MIFT – University of Messina, under the scientific coordination of Prof. Giovanni Randazzo.

Last Thursday, we had the opportunity to put the system to the test in the field, combining technology, training and scientific research.

A great moment of collaboration between academia and industry — and an important step towards bringing LiDAR bathymetry into real-world marine applications.

Un nuovo LiDAR batimetrico da drone, YellowScan Navigator si sta preparando a lasciare la sede di AEMME Surveying per raggiungere una società di servizi che ha investito in questa tecnologia straordinariamente efficace ed accurata, per il rilievo delle linee costiere.
