A curtain-like effect takes shape in the sheet metal, where the rhythm of the waves can be modulated just like a real drape.

The “falls” of the pattern are never standard: they can be softer or more tensioned, with broad and regular waves or tighter, deeper ones—just as in textile design. It is this variation that defines the character of the surface, making it more elegant, more technical, or more expressive depending on the desired result.

The metal behaves like a textile material, where wave pitch, depth, and continuity of movement become true design tools. The panel does more than simply clad a surface—it interprets space through a fluid and calibrated language.

For the arch. Radaelli-designed redevelopment of the Castel Srl plant in Milan, Emboss has translated technical complexity into aesthetic purity and a powerful brand identity. These custom-cladding panels, featuring corporate colors and integrated logos, are far more than simple facade elements—they are components of an integrated system that dialogues with the architecture and its natural surroundings, giving the building a distinct character.
