On April 15th, 22 surgeons from 10 countries gathered in Florence for a new beginning.

We launched the Less is More Club: a community of clinicians who share one belief — that the integrity of the eye must remain the primary endpoint of every clinical decision.

Quality of vision before visual acuity. Tissue preservation before the wow effect. Long-term stability before short-term results.

The Club is built on four strategic pillars: Quality of Vision, Minimal Invasiveness, Enhanced Biocompatibility, and Remote-Controlled Automation.

At the 3rd World Keratoconus Congress, our CEO Giuseppe D’Ippolito was honored with the IKS Industry Award, presented by Congress President Prof. Cosimo Mazzotta.

The recognition acknowledges 25+ years of R&D in corneal therapeutic and refractive care, 17 international patents, and the development of the 4D Suite, an integrated ecosystem designed to deliver standardized, personalized outcomes to every patient.

But awards are milestones, not destinations. The work continues.

Thank you to the International Keratoconus Society, to Prof. Mazzotta, and to the global community of surgeons and researchers who keep pushing this field forward with us.

Italy, at a major international congress, Prof. Giovanni Alessio performed corneal surgery remotely from the WKC venue, using an augmented reality headset and iVis remote-control technology.

This is what the 4D Suite was built for: making the best corneal care available to every patient, no matter where they live, or who they are.
Telesurgery is no longer a concept. It’s a clinical reality.
