🇬🇧🇺🇸📣We have some exciting news!
Our technical and R&D team is finalizing the details for the launch of our latest creation: a new gearmotor designed with very high torque but very low power consumption. It's intended for powering systems that require high torque, such as roof vents in large greenhouses🌱🍓🍅 or lifting heavy feed lines in livestock farms🐷🐥🐓🦃.
This new gearmotor follows the exterior design of our PRP models, featuring a new aluminum housing, a very low weight for its power, and excellent performance with very high torque. It would be the replacement for our DVE series model, which has given us such good performance for more than 25 years.
We will officially present this new gearmotor at the Greentech event in Amsterdam (June 9-11), and it's sure to attract the attention of everyone who visits our stand🤩.

🇪🇸📣Tenemos novedades importantes
Nuestro equipo técnico y de I+D está últimando los últimos detalles para el lanzamiento de nuestra última creación, un nuevo modelo de motorreductor diseñado con un par motor muy elevado, pero con un consumo muy contendido, pensado para el accionamiento de sistemas que requieren un alto par motor, como pueden ser las ventilaciones cenitales en invernaderos🌱🍓🍅 de grandes longitudes o elevación de líneas de comederos muy pesadas en granjas animales🐷🐥🐓🦃.
Este nuevo motorreductor sigue las líneas de diseño exterior de nuestros modelos PRP, con un nuevo carter en aluminio, un peso muy contenido para su potencia, y un rendimiento excelente con un par motor muy elevado.
Sería el sustituto de nuestro modelo serie DVE, que tan buen rendimiento nos ha dado desde hace más de 25 años.
Será en el evento Greentech de Amsterdam (del 9 al 11 de junio) donde presentaremos de manera oficial éste nuevo motorreductor, que sin duda, atraerá las miradas de los que visiten nuestro stand🤩.

📣🇬🇧🇺🇸For projects where installing gearmotors for opening side or front windows is not possible (due to lack of electricity❌🔌) or not advisable (for economic reasons💰), we offer an excellent window operation solution✅.
With our Tubular Series gearboxes, it’s possible to mechanize the opening and closing of windows regardless of their length and height.
This solution does not require a trolley, making installation quick and easy (plug & play👍). Simply connect the gearbox output shafts to the roller tube.
We offer two finish options (complete kit or export kit) and two operating options (crank or battery-powered screwdriver). With the export kit, the extension tube is not shipped from Viale (the customer provides the extension tube). When you finish operating the window, the extension tube remains vertical, parallel to the greenhouse pillars, without obstructing access or interfering with normal cultivation operations.
And as with all our models, these gearboxes feature a self-braking system, stainless steel output shafts, an aluminum housing, and require minimal maintenance.

📣🇪🇸Para aquellos proyectos en los que no es posible (por ausencia de energía eléctrica❌🔌) o no conviene (por economía💰) instalar motorreductores para la apertura de las ventanas laterales o frontales, disponemos de una excelente solución para el accionamiento de las ventanas✅.
Con nuestros reductores de la serie tubulares es posible mecanizar la apertura y cierre de las ventanas sea cual sea la longitud y la altura de las mismas.
Es una solución que no necesita carrito de desplazamiento, por lo que la instalación es muy rápida y sencilla (plug & play👍). Tan sólo es necesario conectar los ejes de salida del reductor al tubo de enrollamiento.
Tenemos 2 opciones de acabado (kit completo o kit exportación), y 2 opciones de accionamiento (manivela o destornillador a batería). Con el kit exportación, no se envía el tubo extensión desde Viale (el tubo extensión lo aporta el cliente).
Cuando terminas de accionar la ventana, el tubo de extensión se queda recogido en la ventana sin que moleste para las operaciones de cultivo.
Y como con todos nuestros modelos, estos reductores cuentan con sistema de auto-frenado, ejes de salida en acero inoxidable, carter en aluminio, y un bajo mantenimiento.

🇬🇧🇺🇸Energy costs are currently one of the most significant expenses for agricultural operations, especially during periods of volatile oil and petroleum product prices📈.
Viale has been working on this issue for some time, providing solutions to mitigate the impact of electricity costs on farms💸.

We have developed a system that allows ventilation systems to be powered by photovoltaic panels, eliminating reliance on the main electricity grid.
For farms without access to the electrical grid, this is the only solution for automating ventilation in greenhouses and animal farms. For other types of farms, it's an excellent option to consider for reducing costs and increasing profits.

Here is a video from one of our clients showcasing a system that uses our PRP series gearmotor to rotate photovoltaic panels in a greenhouse, tracking the sun's movement throughout the day🌞.

🇬🇧🇺🇸📣VIALE, as a company specializing in the manufacture of traction equipment for the agricultural sector, is highly focused on providing customized solutions for our clients.
In the berry cultivation sector (strawberries🍓, blueberries🫐, etc.), we have created solutions adapted to the tunnel structures installed for this particular type of cultivation.
In the early days of these indoor crops, very simple tunnel structures were installed, operating with static ventilation, open fronts, and plastic roofs that were manually removed during the hottest months. Currently, more robust structures are used, requiring dynamic ventilation systems that allow for continuous climate control of the crop.
This is where Viale has developed systems adapted to these tunnels, enabling the opening of the fronts, sides, and roofs as needed, depending on weather conditions.

🇪🇸📣VIALE, como empresa especializada en la fabricación de equipos de tracción para el sector agro, está muy enfocada en dar soluciones particularizadas para nuestros clientes.
En el sector del cultivo de berries (fresas🍓, arándanos🫐, ets.), hemos creado soluciones adaptadas a las estructuras de los túneles que se instalan para desarrollar éste tipo de cultivo tan particular.
En los inicios de éstos cultivos bajo techo, se instalaban estructuras de túneles muy sencillas, en los cuales se trabajaba con una ventilación estática, con frontales abiertos y los techos con plástico que se retiraba a mano en los meses más calurosos. Actualmente, se trabaja con estructuras más reforzadas, que necesitan de unos sistemas de ventilación dinámicos que permitan un control climático del cultivo permanente.
En este punto es donde en Viale hemos desarrollado unos sistemas adaptados a éstos túneles, pudiendo abrir los frontales, laterales y techos a demanda de las condiciones climáticas.

🇬🇧🇺🇸We wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the clients who visited us during the trade fair in Berlin (Germany🇩🇪).
It was a very intense week, first with the usual nerves of preparing for the fair, and then with the transportation problems in Berlin due to a severe snowstorm🌨❄️ that paralyzed Berlin Airport on Friday and caused cancellations and delays to return flights.
Ultimately, we were lucky and were able to return home without any problems✈️, after a successful trade fair where we made some new contacts with great potential.

Ha sido una semana muy intensa, primero con los nervios habituales por la preparación de la feria, y después por los problemas de transporte habidos en Berlín debido a un fuerte temporal de nieve🌨❄️ que paralizó el aeropuerto de Berlín durante el viernes y provocó cancelaciones y retrasos en los vuelos de regreso.

🇬🇧🇺🇸Last week, we were at the TSW 26 trade fair in Kielce, Poland🇵🇱, supporting our Eastern European distributor, Geo Polska.
This is one of the most important agricultural technology trade fairs currently held, with significant influence in Central and Eastern European countries.
It was very gratifying to see that most of the tunnel manufacturers present use our traction equipment in their projects👍, showcasing our equipment at their stands.
Despite the cold🥶 and snow❄️, there was a great turnout of visitors, as you can see in the attached photos.

🇪🇸A finales de la pasada semana estuvimos presentes en la feria TSW 26 (Kielce, Polonia🇵🇱), apoyando a nuestro distribuidor en Europa del Este Geo Polska.
Se trata de una de las ferias más importantes en cuanto a tecnología agrícola que se celebra actualmente, con influencia en los países de la zona centro y este de Europa.
Es una gran satisfacción comprobar que la mayoría de los fabricantes de túneles presentes utilizan nuestros equipos de tracción en sus proyectos👍, mostrando nuestros equipamientos en sus stands.
A pesar del frío🥶 y la nieve❄️, hubo una gran asistencia de visitantes, tal y como se puede ver en las imágenes adjuntas.
