Quando aumenti potenza/tensione, ricordati la chimica

Sui cicli di pulizia/lucidatura, se aumenti potenza/tensione la soluzione elettrolitica ev***ra più velocemente.

Quindi non è “spingi e vai”: per mantenere resa e ripetibilità devi gestire la velocità p***a e tenere sempre ben bagnato tampone/pennello.

Quanto tempo passano i tuoi operatori a staccare le scorie dalle lamelle del banco laser?

Su un banco senza protezione, le scorie del taglio si saldano alle lamelle a ogni ciclo di lavoro. Si stratificano. Diventano dure da rimuovere e consumano le lamelle prima del tempo.

Tres reglas de oro para resultados repetibles (sin magia)

Si tuviéramos que resumir el proceso en tres reglas operativas: 1.

Tampón/cepillo siempre bien humedecido (el pulido consume más). 2.

Cepillo perpendicular y presión ligera (sin fibras aplastadas). 3.

Ajusta la boquilla: 10–15 mm de fibras expuestas (no más).

Son cosas sencillas… pero en nuestros 30 años de experiencia hemos visto que a menudo se ignora al menos uno de estos tres puntos.
