At our stand there are three things to see, two for those who weld stainless steel and one for those who cut with a laser.

Clinox Eco Plus X2, the new machine in the X2 range. Its liquid management lets you work for up to 45 minutes without interruption. The new torch is lightweight and easy to handle, less tiring for the operator, and it reaches tight spots.

Laser Weld Cleaner, the laser machine to clean, pickle and passivate stainless steel welds. It's of interest to anyone who can't have liquid residues in the process, or who has many metres of welds to treat.

Laser Shield, the consumable sprayed onto the laser table's slats before cutting. Slag no longer fuses to the slats and often comes off by hand. If you have a laser table, you can take a free trial kit away from our stand, one litre plus the spray gun.

Für alle mit Laserschneidtisch gibt es am Stand ein kostenloses Laser-Shield-Test-Set zum Mitnehmen, ein Liter plus Sprühpistole.

torcia aspirante su PRO

torcia soffiante su AIR/POWER/SURFACE

Ma attenzione: se non usi le nostre torce (es. torcia manuale o D&W), l'abbattimento integrato non entra in funzione → serve aspirazione esterna o DPI idonei.

È un concetto semplice che evita errori grossi ma vediamo spesso farlo!

La règle des 15 mm Un détail qui change tout : lors du montage du pinceau, réglez la bague afin de ne laisser exposés que 15 mm maximum de fibres de carbone (plage optimale 10–15 mm).

Pourquoi ?

Plus les fibres sont exposées, plus on perd en contrôle, plus le risque d'usure augmente et plus la constance du résultat diminue.
