Since 1978, SFERASOL concentrated on heating and air conditioning for civil and industrial plants, and one some very sophisticated operations for filtering and recovering air in industrial buildings.
As the company has progressed, the manufacture of wastewater treatment plants has become the biggest part
of SFERASOL‘s business, in this moment SFERASOL has
its equipment working in more than 60 countries and
SFERASOL has become a leader in sludge dewatering
and WWTT plants and equipments.
Its filter belt presses of EDOM series, in size from 0.5 m
to 3 m belts width, with more than 1000 units working in
Italy and other countries, are well know as hard working
machines at very competitive cost. The oldest belt press
has been in operation since 1982.
With its items of qualified engineers and technicians and
the know-how achieved after long intensive studies and
research, SFERASOL is also manufacturing high-tech
complete UF and RO plants, high-pressure piston pumps,
electro coagulation plants and solar energy panels.
Doing the typical qualities of a company with very short
time answer to customer’s problems, quick delivery, designers
strictly in contact with production, SFERASOL
now occupies a good position within the Italian, CEE
and extra CEE market.
SLUDGE DEWATERING
The filter belt presses of the EDOM series are well know
as hard working machines at very competitive cost.
The production program is filled with the complete series
of units necessary to install a turn-key dewatering
plant, such as:
Polyelectrolyte preparation units (manual or automatic);
Belt conveyors, Screw conveyors and Cake lime double
screw mixer; Rotating thickeners; Gravity filtering table TF;
Dynamic thickener ROTOSET; Sludge dewatering compact
plants SKID; Control panels.
WWT EQUIPMENTS
To satisfy the clients requirements, SFERASOL designed
and realized sewage treatment plants.
Pre-treatment machines:
Comb grids, circular comb grids, vertical comb grids,
drum grids; Screws sand extractor, settling basins, oilextractor
“come and go” in rectangular basin.
Clarifications machines
Scraper bridges “come and go”;
Circular suction clarifier–peripheral drive; Circular suction
clarifier: simple peripheral drive, peripheral drive
+ 1/3, double peripheral drive; Scraper circular clarifier
with central control. Mechanical treatment:
Scraping bridges for circular tanks; Come and go scraping
bridges; Sludge thickeners; Lamellar settling tanks.
