The sunbreaker type Euro 10 is made of fixed Euro sign shaped extruded aluminum blades and its nylon 6 supports that allow 9 different angle positions. It can be applied as a facade or as an awning.

The internationally famous Giffoni Film Festival gathers every year in Giffoni (Italy) young movie fans from all over the world and welcomes guests in modern structures especially built to develop creative minds, such as the Giffoni Multimedia Valley.
With audio/video production facilities, congress rooms and art laboratories, the Giffoni Multimedia Valley represents a hub to train entertainment media professionals and chose NACOTech as a supplier of high quality sunbreaker systems. The Type 30NT was installed on the facility because the gap between the orientable slats and the wall protects the building from the sun and prevents overheating by allowing air to flow between the facade wall and the blades.

𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝗔𝗶𝗿𝗹𝘂𝘅
The Airlux sunbreaker system features a particularly elegant line and is composed of a perforated aluminum sheet, with blades ranging from 48 through 70 cm width.
The perforation has the purpose of filtering sunrays and can vary in pattern to allow a different amount of light filtering, according to the percent of empty versus solid surface. Typical configuration values range from 15% through 30% and the system can be orientable or fixed.

Italian mechanical parts manufacturer SIM Meccanica chose NACOTech sunbreakers for a private residence in Rome. The company opted for a Type 15E motor driven aluminum sunbreaker made of extruded blades to provide the entrance with a shade awning.

The Wood Line consists of adjustable shutter mechanism systems for wooden blades.
The SPL system hosts wooden blades, can be manually or electrically operated, and is the ideal system to build swing-shutters provided with the option of opening them to 90 degrees or closing them completely.
The SP-148 system hosts wider wooden blades and can be operated manually, electrically or through drop rod.
Both systems are available in aluminum color or RAL powder coated.

One of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 United Nations Agenda is a more generalized access to Quality Education.
The Europe based sustainable development foundation Menschen für Menschen is committed to improve living standards in Ethiopia by building new schools, to increase the level of education for the young.
NACOTech was selected to supply its high quality louver windows for several new school buildings. The schools are accredited with the highest “GOOD” grade by German Technical Inspection Association TÜV, because they are made of a concrete and steel shell and are equipped with louver windows that allow light and fresh air into classrooms. Such windows are composed of individual slats that do not extrude into rooms and can be easily replaced if broken, providing children with a bright and clean learning environment and thus offering a solid foundation for their future.

The primary purpose of sun-breaker systems is to screen glass surfaces, preventing direct sunrays from entering the living environment. A sun-breaker can block up to 80% of the sun heat and reduce air conditioning consumption up to 30%. An adjustable system can also optimize natural lighting according to needs.
The metal sheet sun-breaker Type 30NT consists of an unriveted elliptic blade and is composed of two pre-coated and press folded aluminum sheets, roll-pressed around an internal extruded aluminum profile.
The lightweight blade employed in this model makes the Type 30NT sun-breaker cost-effective yet solid, durable and wear-resistant.

NACOTech began designing, manufacturing, selling and installing all over the world high quality sun-breaker systems in 1964 as NACO, a company owned by Australian corporation Appleton Industries and then by British Pillar. We are also a pioneer in Italy of modern high efficiency louver windows manufacturing and installing in prestigious buildings and locations.
The company’s valuable know-how assets attracted new investments by world-leading industrial machinery manufacturer CTI FoodTech, which allowed to boost its market potential under the new joint-venture name NACOTech. The founding family still heads the company through Managing Director Marco Maron, who will follow the strategic directions set by his father Claudio.
The new brand is continuing many of the most successful products sold by NACO, but with a strong spirit of innovation. Relying on its new corporate set-up and new resources invested in innovation, NACOTech will soon introduce a new range of sustainable products, provided with next generation technologies.
