I am pleased to inform you that on February 11th, 2026, Meter SpA completed the acquisition of the Colzani Ingranaggi Group, based in Mariano Comense— a company specialized in the production of custom gears and employing 70 people.
This acquisition expands our market presence both nationally and internationally, not only allowing us to integrate gear cutting into our bearings for applications that require it, but also enabling us to offer complete high‑precision mechanical assemblies. We are confident that the larger -made to measure -offer will help us maintain and strengthen our market position, which is continuously challenged by components coming from countries with extremely competitive prices.
