That's how long we wait before a bottle of our Chianti Classico is ready to leave these hills.
The Sangiovese grows here on its own terms - shaped by warm summers, cold nights, and the particular silence of this hillside. We walk the vines, we watch, we wait. And somewhere between the harvest and the moment the cork is pulled, something incredible happens.But you'll have to taste for yourself.

Almeno due anni.
È questo il tempo che trascorre prima che una bottiglia del nostro Chianti Classico sia pronta a lasciare queste colline.
Il Sangiovese cresce qui secondo i propri ritmi, plasmato da estati calde, notti fredde e dal particolare silenzio di questi pendii. Percorriamo i vigneti, osserviamo, aspettiamo. E da qualche parte, tra la vendemmia e il momento in cui si stappa la bottiglia, accade qualcosa di incredibile. Ma dovrete scoprirlo assaggiandolo voi stessi.

A pianist, a singer, our wines in the glass, and the views just outside.

Thank you to the family who chose to celebrate here with us, and to the two wonderful artists who made this pizza night something truly special.

Di solito sono le persone. Questa volta è stata anche la musica.
Un pianista, una cantante, i nostri vini nei calici e il panorama che si gode appena fuori.

This is what shapes everything we do: altitude, sun, wind, minerality, and character (ours and theirs :)

And, over time, it found its way onto our labels.

Today, on International Women’s Day, my thoughts go to the women around the world living through conflict, injustice, or difficult circumstances. May their voices be heard, their choices respected, and their futures their own.

But today is also a day to celebrate being a woman and how we build the world a gesture at the time. Also my friends around the world who have supported me, my mother and grandmothers, sisters, sisters-in-law, nieces, cousins… the women who have walked beside me, and shaped me.

This is not about “important” women because every woman is important. Celebrating women today and every day. 🌼

Oggi, nella Giornata Internazionale della Donna, il mio pensiero va alle donne che nel mondo vivono situazioni difficili, di conflitto o di ingiustizia, che le loro voci siano ascoltate, le loro scelte rispettate e il loro futuro davvero nelle loro mani.

Ma festeggiamo anche tutte le donne. Le amiche che ci sostengono, le mamme e le nonne, le sorelle, le nipoti, le cugine… le donne che camminano accanto a noi ogni giorno, e quelle che continuano a vivere nei nostri ricordi.

Non si tratta di donne “importanti”, perchè ogni donna è importante ogni giorno. 🌼
