Office Based CHIVA OB Chiva The Office Based (OB) CHIVA protocol has the aim of transferring CHIVA procedures in an office environment.

- to follow step by step the protocol
- to use the protocol Informed Consent
- to comply with the protocol ethical statements
- to sign the No Disclosure Agreement
