Every end‑of‑life vehicle is a valuable source of recoverable materials such as ferrous and non‑ferrous metals, plastics, glass, and reusable components. Before the recycling process begins, vehicles undergo a depollution phase, which includes the removal of fluids, batteries, airbags, and other potentially hazardous components. Only after this step is it possible to proceed with compaction, a key stage for optimizing the entire treatment flow.
Why compact end‑of‑life vehicles?
Volume reduction greater than 70%
Logistics optimization
MIZAR is the TLINE baler engineered specifically for processing end‑of‑life vehicles, combining structural strength, continuous operation, and ease of use.
The MIZAR series features a rigid compaction chamber with a two‑stage oscillating lid.
The chamber is built in Hardox, ensuring excellent wear resistance and long service life.
The rear longitudinal cylinder is fully housed and protected. At the rear of the machine are also located the diesel hydraulic power unit and the other electrical components.
The bales produced could be automatically ejected through the bale exit door.
MIZAR balers are easy to transport and equipped with a roll‑on/roll‑off hook, making them ideal for multi‑yard operations or rental activities.
Designed to be rigid, robust, and highly reliable, MIZAR balers withstand the demands of continuous compaction work. The optional support frame also eliminates the need for costly foundations.
Thanks to their transportability, operational simplicity, and versatility, MIZAR balers are an ideal solution for metal recycling operators who require efficiency, mobility, and consistent performance.
