For one of their most strategic production line, this customer has chosen to define a preventive maintenance plan combined with an annual inspection with our service engineers. In this way they are able to almost avoid the totality of production stops. The substitution of the most critical components suggested by our technicians after every intervention helps them to proceed in this way.
In particular the line in object is a long coil feeding line with loop for coil width max. 1850 mm, thickness max. 5 mm and coil weight up to 25.000 kg.
The line is designed to process both steel and aluminum for automotive parts production with high-speed progressive dies.
The line is also equipped with a telescopic Microfeeder rolls type with tilting movement to manage the end of coil function.
