Una sierra diseñada específicamente para el hielo

La mayoría de las sierras de cinta del mercado están pensadas para cortar carne y pescado congelados — el hielo es solo un añadido secundario. Por eso el verdadero dolor de cabeza de todo productor de hielo es la acumulación de nieve que atasca la hoja, las paradas constantes para limpieza y la pérdida de productividad.

Decidimos solucionarlo. Junto con DADAUX, desarrollamos la Band Saw SX 350 KC — una sierra diseñada específicamente para cortar hielo premium.

Los ingenieros de DADAUX no se limitaron a diseñarla desde un escritorio: pasaron tiempo directamente en instalaciones de producción de hielo premium para estudiar de cerca el proceso de corte y entender exactamente qué había que cambiar en el diseño.

El resultado:

Most band saws on the market are designed for cutting frozen meat and fish — ice is just an afterthought. That's exactly why every ice producer's biggest headache is snow build-up clogging the blade, endless cleaning downtime, and lost productivity.

We decided to fix that. Together with DADAUX, we developed the Band Saw SX 350 KC — a saw engineered specifically for cutting premium ice.

DADAUX's engineers didn't just design this at a desk — they spent time directly at premium ice production facilities to study the cutting process firsthand and understand exactly what needed to change in the design.
