Nelle realtà industriali e logistiche, molte criticità non si manifestano subito come situazioni di emergenza.
Un passaggio parzialmente ostruito, una protezione danneggiata, una perdita minima o una procedura aggirata possono sembrare episodi isolati. Quando però vengono tollerati e si ripetono nel tempo, rischiano di diventare parte della normalità operativa.
È così che un’anomalia smette progressivamente di attirare l’attenzione, pur continuando a rappresentare un rischio.
Costruire una cultura della sicurezza significa osservare anche i segnali meno evidenti, segnalare le deviazioni e intervenire prima che una condizione non sicura venga accettata come inevitabile.
Intervenire quando un’anomalia è ancora gestibile è spesso ciò che fa la differenza tra prevenzione e gestione dell’emergenza.

This is how an anomaly gradually stops attracting attention, while continuing to represent a risk.
Building a strong safety culture means observing even the less obvious warning signs, reporting deviations and acting before an unsafe condition becomes accepted as inevitable.
Acting when an anomaly is still manageable is often what makes the difference between prevention and emergency management.
