1️⃣ Consumi in aumento
Setpoint instabili, risposta lenta o continue correzioni?

🇬🇧 🚨 Your heat exchanger is still working. But how much is it costing you?
An inefficient heat exchanger doesn’t always fail suddenly. More often, it keeps running while consuming more energy, becoming less stable and requiring more maintenance.
Here are 3 warning signs you shouldn’t ignore 👇
1️⃣ Rising energy consumption
Same production, but more energy, longer operating times or higher temperatures?
👉 Fouling and scaling may be reducing heat transfer efficiency and increasing costs.
2️⃣ Temperatures are harder to control
Unstable setpoints, slow response or constant adjustments?
👉 The heat exchanger may no longer be transferring heat as effectively as expected, directly affecting the process.
3️⃣ More frequent maintenance
More cleaning, unexpected repairs or unplanned shutdowns?
👉 The issue may not only be dirt, but a solution that is no longer suitable for the actual operating conditions.
🔧 What can be done?
You don’t always need to redesign the entire system. Revamping, replacing the critical component or changing materials or geometry can restore efficiency and reliability.
🎯 A heat exchanger that “works” is not necessarily an efficient one.
