Set among landscaped gardens, pools and views towards the sea, Tenuta klope' welcomes weddings, banquets and large-scale events.

Behind each occasion, the main kitchen must manage high service volumes with coordination and continuity. The Mareno cooking block is arranged across two opposing fronts, allowing several chefs to work simultaneously and different preparations to move forward in parallel.

With a renewed look, Ginger Spagna welcomes guests once again, just steps from Piazza di Spagna.

Set within a historic building, its bright, contemporary interiors welcome guests throughout the day, with a fresh, healthy and organic menu.

Behind the scenes, two opposing M1-90 cooking ranges with induction hobs, pasta cookers and fryers support the all-day service. Refrigerated bases and dedicated preparation areas complete the project.

An open kitchen designed to be part of the dining experience.

At Casa Klopè by Luigi Lepore , clean architectural lines, natural light and olive trees frame an intimate gastronomic setting, where Calabrian identity meets research and international influences.

At the centre of the kitchen is a fully tailor-made Mareno M2 monobloc, with a seamless stainless steel worktop and flush-integrated functions. Alongside it, an M1 cooking line provides additional support to the brigade.

Two solutions working together in a project shaped around the restaurant’s spaces, service and identity.

For Regina Palace Hotel in Stresa, the Mareno installation was designed around performance, ergonomics, and daily workflow efficiency.

The setup features opposing M1-90 modules with a front shelf that extends the worktop, creating a larger and more practical operating area.

The carousel highlights some of the key technical solutions behind the project: all-surface induction, Plancha 2-in-1, frytop modules, hot holding base unit, and masonry plinths.
