Oil mist, aerosols, and fine particles generated during machining do not remain at the source. They accumulate over time and load the filter.
What reaches the filter depends on what is present in the air.
As loading increases, airflow drops and filtration performance shifts.
Machine conditions change. Process stability is affected.
Filter replacement follows system load and operating conditions.
Application, contamination level, and actual performance define the interval.
Performance does not drift without a reason. When it does, the system needs attention.

CMS has been working with glass for decades. Grinding, polishing, drilling. A long-standing customer, both on extraction and filtration.

Glass machining doesn't stop. Neither does oil mist. When extraction can't keep up, air quality drops, and maintenance starts costing more than it should.

Ecotech 4000 handles it: six filtration stages, >95% efficiency, with a seventh HEPA H13 stage available where cleaner air is needed. Floor-standing, easy to service, and collected coolant goes back into the system instead of going to waste.
