Handheld 3D scan of an original Jeep CJ7 dashboard, capturing geometry and surface details with high accuracy.

The scan data is processed for reverse engineering, rebuilding a clean and accurate model with maximum fidelity to the original one. The final file is optimized for 3D printing and prepared for leather wrapping.

🔊Multi-driver speaker enclosure designed for performance and environmental resistance.

This configuration integrates four speakers and a dedicated tweeter within a single 3D-printed structure. Engineered in ABS and ASA, the enclosure is optimized for acoustic distribution while maintaining a sealed design to ensure water resistance in demanding conditions. Internal geometry and assembly have been developed to protect components without compromising sound output.

Bringing the past back to life through innovation 🚍✨

Thanks to 3D scanning and 3D printing technologies, we successfully recreated a wheel cover for a vintage bus: a component that is currently impossible to find as it’s long out of production.
This project is a perfect example of how digital manufacturing can preserve and restore historical elements that would otherwise be lost.
After printing, the piece was carefully finished by our team and then painted by Polo Culturale e Museale dei Trasporti Autofilotranviari that commissioned the project.
