โ๏ธLa soluzione รจ arrivata con la scelta del nostro impianto ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐: un sistema ad alcoli modificati con ciclo di trattamento in vuoto fino a 1 millibar, che integra in un unico processo lavaggio, asciugatura e decontaminazione.
โ๏ธIl funzionamento รจ completamente automatizzato e gestibile tramite software MES aziendale, con un tempo ciclo medio di circa 15 minuti. A completare la soluzione, il supporto chimico di Dollmar.

โ๏ธCleaning has always been considered a ๐๐๐๐ก๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ก๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐กโ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ก๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ . The main issue with the previous system was machining oil rising to the surface and recontaminating the components as they were removed.
โ๏ธThe solution came with the installation of our ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐: a modified-alcohol cleaning system operating under vacuum down to 1 millibar, which combines cleaning, drying and decontamination in a single process.
โ๏ธThe system is fully automated and can be managed through the companyโs MES software, with an average cycle time of approximately 15 minutes. Dollmarโs chemical expertise and support complete the solution.
