Prepared scrap enters the furnaces and becomes new metal, cast into plates ready for rolling. Degassing and filtering systems keep the quality consistent from the very first stage.

Recent investments have reshaped this area: automated casting, digital systems that track process variables in real time, and constant attention to the safety of the people who work here.

Reading that data is what lets us refine the process, use energy better and bring more scrap back into the cycle.

Where it all begins: recycling.

Before aluminium is melted, it is worked cold. Our shredding and separation lines process hundreds of tonnes of scrap and cans every day, sorting and preparing the material for the furnace.

For us, recycling is a strategic industrial choice: a large part of the aluminium we work comes from recovered material.
