Every process comes with its own requirements, which is why every line should be designed around them.

For this project in Bologna, the customer needed to label the containers before filling and capping—a sequence that differs from the standard production flow.

To meet this requirement, we engineered a fully automated line configured in the following order:

▶️ Labeling
▶️ Container positioning
▶️ Filling
▶️ Capping
▶️ Robotic palletizing

Every station was integrated into the available production space, creating a smooth, fully synchronized workflow from labeling to the final pallet.

One final look back at the Summer Edition 2026: a day of meaningful discussions, technical expertise and shared experience.

Throughout the day, we shared DMC’s vision of partnership, where collaboration goes beyond supplying machinery and starts with building long-term relationships with our customers.

Participants gained technical insights into machinery configuration and production line design with our Technical Manager, Mauro Mancarella, exchanged experiences during a customer round table, put their creativity to the test in a hands-on workshop, and attended dedicated sessions by Simone Masiero, Financial Advisor at BCC Lease, and Corrado Luciano, Technical Consultant and PED Certification Specialist, on financing opportunities and PED certification, respectively.

What did we take home?

The certainty that bringing together different experiences, technical expertise and market perspectives creates real opportunities for learning, discussion and future collaboration.
