🇷🇸 We were pleased to welcome Mr Bobo Dimić to our production facility in Chieti.

For over 22 years, Mr Dimić has represented Echo Precast Engineering in the Balkan markets, where Echo has completed numerous installations over the years and achieved an impressive market share.
With his extensive experience in the precast concrete industry, Mr Dimić will contribute to supporting both Echo and Nordimpianti.

During his visit, he had the opportunity to see the many machines currently in production and gain a closer understanding of our company’s organisation.

“We are proud to collaborate with a professional of such extensive experience. By bringing together the expertise of Echo and Nordimpianti, we will be able to offer machines and services that are even more closely aligned with the needs of the Balkan markets,” commented Gian Piero Gagliardi, CEO of Nordimpianti.

🇧🇪 A renewed partnership, new machinery and fresh prospects for production: we welcomed Mr. Theo Smeets, Technical Director of the Belgian company ERGON NV/SA, for a day filled with exciting developments.

The partnership between Nordimpianti and Ergon began in 2008 with the supply of Ergon’s first Extruder casting machine. Since then, the relationship has continued to grow to the mutual satisfaction of both companies.

The visit provided an opportunity to inspect the new machinery purchased by Ergon ahead of shipment, with delivery and commissioning scheduled by the end of 2026. During his visit, Mr. Smeets was able to see first-hand the quality of the machines ordered, as well as other equipment currently under manufacturing by Nordimpianti for other customers.

The new equipment package includes an automatic angle saw, an automatic multifunction cleaner, a plotter and a semi-automatic concrete aspirator fitted with an automatic guillotine and an automatic fresh-concrete saw.

The machines will soon be commissioned at the Lier plant, enabling Ergon to increase production and, above all, improve the efficiency of its entire production system.

The package also includes BAC software, enabling real-time planning, monitoring and optimization of both the production process and the new equipment, further enhancing productivity and operational control.

Mr. Smeets was accompanied by our Belgian partner, BTON. Special thanks go to Mr. Theo Smeets, and to Bert Cooreman and Lauren Cooreman for their continued technical and commercial support, which has helped make this new chapter in our partnership possible.

🇧🇪 Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming our Belgian customer FINGO N.V. to our company Echo Engineering.

During the visit, the Fingo team toured our production facility and had the opportunity to see the machines currently in production.

The visit also had a special meaning for Mr. Maarten Kreemers and Mr. Dimitry Przygoda, Technical Director and Fingo Tessenderlo Plant Manager, respectively.
Before joining Fingo, they worked at Echo, where they began their careers and grew professionally. Returning to the place where their journey started made the occasion particularly meaningful.

It was also an opportunity for Nordimpianti Group and Fingo to discuss the new project that will take shape in the Netherlands, marking an exciting new chapter in our collaboration.

A sincere thank you to Fingo owner, Mr. Gert Van Cauwenbergh, and his team for the visit and for the trust you continue to place in us.

Nordimpianti is proud to announce the acquisition of Echo Precast Engineering, further strengthening our international position in the plant and machinery sector for the manufacture of prestressed concrete elements.

This is another important milestone for Nordimpianti and a new chapter in our growth strategy. It brings together two companies with complementary expertise and a strong history in the precast industry. Echo will continue its operations from its established headquarters in Houthalen, Belgium, ensuring continuity in its business activities and customer services.

Nordimpianti is recognized for its expertise in Extruder technology, while Echo has extensive experience in Slipformer technology. By bringing these specialties together, we can offer our customers a wider range of solutions for the production of prestressed hollow-core slabs and other concrete elements.

The acquisition also strengthens the Nordimpianti Group’s international presence, building on Echo’s established footprint and numerous plants supplied across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the United States and Australia. Together, we can expand on this strong foundation and further develop our presence in existing and new markets.

The precast industry is changing rapidly. The shortage of skilled labor and the need for greater production efficiency are increasing the demand for reliable, automated and digitally connected machinery.
