For a major player in the granite industry, Italcarrelli supplied two 55-ton transporters to replace the previous rail-based transport system.

✅ No more slab transfer to and from the cutting station: the block is cut directly on the support frame and then transported to the loading stations of the processing lines.

✅ The removal of the rail-based transport system made it possible to renovate the flooring and eliminate physical obstacles, reducing a potential risk factor in the working environment.

✅ Load capacity increased from 25 to 55 tons, allowing two blocks to be transported and cut at the same time.

Per un importante player del settore granito, Italcarrelli ha fornito 2 trasportatori da 55 ton in sostituzione del vecchio sistema di trasporto su rotaia.

✅ Eliminata la necessità di trasbordo delle lastre da e verso il banco di taglio: il blocco viene tagliato direttamente sul cavalletto e traportato così alle caricatrici delle linee di lavorazione.
✅ L’eliminazione del sistema di trasporto su rotaia ha permesso il rinnovo della pavimentazione eliminando così ogni barriera architettonica, fattore di rischio nell'ambiente di lavoro.
✅ La portata aumentata da 25 a 55 tonnellate, consentendo il trasporto ed il taglio di due blocchi contemporaneamente.
