🎬 Video 6 | Il – la saldatura, dove la struttura prende forza

Dopo la piegatura, i componenti devono diventare un insieme.
La è la fase in cui le parti vengono unite in modo definitivo, garantendo tenuta meccanica e continuità strutturale. Le lavorazioni vengono eseguite con parametri controllati e tecnologie specifiche, per mantenere la stabilità senza compromettere il materiale.

Non si tratta solo di “unire”. Si tratta di farlo in modo pulito, stabile e replicabile.
In questa fase si determina la resistenza reale del prodotto: se la struttura è solida qui, lo sarà ovunque.

Nel prossimo episodio vedremo come i componenti iniziano ad assumere una funzione, trasformandosi in elementi pronti per l’assemblaggio finale.

It’s not just about “joining”. It’s about doing so in a clean, stable and repeatable way.
This stage determines the product’s true strength: if the structure is solid here, it will be solid everywhere.

L’acciaio non si improvvisa. Si piega con precisione, con forza controllata, con attenzione al dettaglio.
In Ristopro, Arjan lavora proprio alla piegatrice. Un ruolo che richiede concentrazione e misura: ogni piega deve essere esatta, perché da lì parte la solidità del prodotto.

Poi si timbra il cartellino. E cambia campo. A casa lo aspettano tre figli: 9 anni, 5 anni e 7 mesi, due maschi e una femmina.
Il tempo libero è in giardino, tra partite improvvisate, corse sull’erba e quella stanchezza bella che arriva solo quando hai dato tutto.

Se in officina serve precisione, a casa serve presenza. E Arjan non fa differenze: quando c’è, c’è davvero.

At Ristopro, Arjan works on the bending machine. It’s a role that demands concentration and precision: every bend must be exact, because that’s where the product’s strength comes from.

Then he clocks off. And switches gears. At home, three children are waiting for him: aged 9, 5 and 7 months, two boys and a girl.
His free time is spent in the garden, between impromptu games, running on the grass and that wonderful tiredness that only comes when you’ve given it your all.

If precision is needed in the workshop, presence is needed at home. And Arjan makes no distinctions: when he’s there, he’s really there.

🎬 Video 5 | Il – la piegatura, quando tutto deve combaciare

Dopo il taglio, i componenti iniziano a prendere forma.
La piegatura è il passaggio in cui ogni pezzo viene trasformato per adattarsi agli altri. Non è solo una questione di angoli, ma di precisione assoluta.

Ogni lavorazione è impostata per garantire coerenza tra un pezzo e l’altro. Perché qui non esistono “aggiustamenti dopo”: se non è giusto adesso, non lo sarà mai.
È in questa fase che si costruisce l’incastro perfetto, quello che permette ai componenti di allinearsi senza forzature, senza tensioni, senza compromessi.

Quando tutto combacia, il processo diventa fluido. E la qualità non è più qualcosa da controllare: è già dentro il prodotto.

Precisione che si vede. Ma soprattutto che funziona.

It is at this stage that the perfect fit is created, the one that allows the components to align without forcing, without tension, without compromise.

🇮🇹 Ci sono lavorazioni dove l'errore non è un imprevisto. È un punto perso.
Luca lavora alla pannellatrice. Una macchina che richiede il massimo: ogni piega deve essere esatta, ogni misura rispettata. La concentrazione non si abbassa mai, perché basta poco per compromettere tutto quello che viene dopo.

Fuori dall'azienda, gioca a tennis. E chi conosce questo sport sa che la partita non la vince chi fa i colpi più belli, la vince chi sbaglia meno. Si gioca sul margine, un punto alla volta.
Il principio è lo stesso, in fabbrica e in campo.
