MEET THE TEAM | CHAIR TESTING SPECIALIST
Behind every Tecnodent chair is a careful process of testing and quality control.
Daniel, our Chair Testing Specialist, is responsible for the final checks before each product leaves our facility, verifying its functionality, performance, compliance with the required specifications and overall appearance.
The process includes electrical safety and functionality tests to ensure that all electrical components and functions of the chair are working correctly.
Once all the checks have been successfully completed, the Declaration of Conformity is released together with the testing certificate, confirming that the chair has duly passed all the controls and meets the applicable standards.
Daniel also documents the final setup of each chair through a photographic report, providing a record of its condition and configuration before shipment.
A role that requires precision, attention to detail and responsibility — because every chair we deliver reflects the care and quality we put into our work.

Tecnodent is now UNI/PdR 125:2022 certified.
The UNI/PdR 125:2022 is the Italian reference framework for gender equality management systems, providing organizations with guidelines and measurable indicators to monitor and improve gender equality in the workplace.
For Tecnodent, this certification represents an important step in strengthening the way we work as an organization.

MEET THE TEAM: THE SUSTAINABILITY TEAM

Sustainability is a journey that involves the whole organization.

At Tecnodent, our Sustainability Team — Alessia, Elvira, Francesco and Massimiliano — acts as a point of reference for this journey: defining objectives, coordinating initiatives across different areas, monitoring results and identifying new opportunities for improvement.

Their work connects different functions, departments and people, with a focus that extends beyond the company to the local community and surrounding area.

Over the years, this approach has translated into concrete actions: from the installation of photovoltaic panels at our production site to initiatives aimed at reducing our environmental impact, such as eliminating polystyrene from our packaging, replacing plastic bottles with reusable water bottles, and installing electric vehicle charging points.

We have also started measuring our carbon footprint, helping us better understand our environmental impact and identify further opportunities for improvement.

Sustainability is also about people and the community. This is reflected in initiatives that encourage active participation, including volunteering activities at Antoniano Bologna.

This commitment is also reflected in the way sustainability is embedded into our management systems, through our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications and, more recently, through the achievement of B Corp™️ certification in 2026.
