Vogliamo condividere un bel progetto realizzato dal nostro cliente 𝗜𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗳: l'impermeabilizzazione della copertura del nuovo edificio della 𝗦𝗰𝘂𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗱𝗶 𝗚𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗮.

Per questo intervento, Isocaf ha scelto i sistemi di fissaggio 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗶𝘅𝗶𝗻𝗴:

▸ 𝗥𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗠𝗚 — sistema a induzione elettromagnetica con piastre in acciaio Galvalume Ø80 mm per membrane termoplastiche TPO/PVC

▸ 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗶 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 — in poliammide per gestire la deflessione degli isolanti comprimibili e ridurre il ponte termico

▸ 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗶 𝗛𝗗𝗦𝗟𝟭𝟮𝟱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝘆 Ø𝟲.𝟮 — in acciaio CR-10 per il fissaggio su legno, OSB e calcestruzzo

We are proud to share a great project completed by our client 𝗜𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗳: the waterproofing of the roof of the new 𝗦𝗰𝘂𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗱𝗶 𝗚𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗮 building.

For this project, Isocaf chose 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗶𝘅𝗶𝗻𝗴 fastening systems:

▸ 𝗥𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗠𝗚 — electromagnetic induction system with Ø80 mm Galvalume steel plates for TPO/PVC thermoplastic membranes

▸ 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘃𝗲𝘀 — polyamide sleeves designed to manage the deflection of compressible insulation and reduce thermal bridging

▸ 𝗛𝗗𝗦𝗟𝟭𝟮𝟱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘄𝘀 Ø𝟲.𝟮 — CR-10 carbon steel for fastening on wood, OSB and concrete

Forse un viaggio è proprio questo: partire con un'idea precisa in testa e tornare con qualcosa di completamente diverso dentro. ✈️

Siamo partiti per l'𝗔𝗹𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 per partecipare al 𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗖 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. Tra disavventure, intoppi e il confronto con una realtà molto diversa dalla nostra, ci siamo ritrovati a vivere qualcosa che è andato ben oltre il semplice lavoro.

Nuovi luoghi, abitudini diverse, modi di vivere lontani dai nostri… ma soprattutto 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗲. Persone capaci di sorprenderti con la loro cordialità, con la voglia di parlare, confrontarsi e farti scoprire che esistono ancora posti dove 𝗹𝗮 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮̀ 𝗵𝗮 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲. 🤝

Sì, questo lo possiamo definire un 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝘃𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗼. Di quelli che ti mettono alla prova, ma che alla fine ti lasciano qualcosa dentro. ❤️

We traveled to 𝗔𝗹𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 to take part in 𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗖 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. Between unexpected setbacks, challenges, and the encounter with a reality very different from our own, we found ourselves living an experience that went far beyond simple business.

New places, different habits, ways of life far from ours… but above all, people. 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 capable of surprising you with their warmth, their willingness to connect, exchange ideas, and show you that there are still places where 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀. 🤝

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗕𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮: sostituzione di lucernari in vetro con policarbonato.

Per questo lavoro abbiamo fornito al nostro cliente 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗿𝗹𝘀 sistemi di fissaggio specifici.

In particolare, per l’installazione dei profili è stata utilizzata la nostra vite 𝗧𝗩𝟬𝟭 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗶𝗼 𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼, con 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝘃𝗮𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗽𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗮, 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗫𝟯𝟬 e 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗶-𝗟𝗼 Ø𝟳.𝟱, progettata per il fissaggio diretto di serramenti in 𝗣𝗩𝗖 e 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗻𝗼, controtelai e porte su supporti come 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗮, 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘇𝘇𝗼 𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗶 𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶.

A completamento dell’intervento sono state impiegate le 𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘇𝘇𝗼 𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗦 𝟴𝘅𝟴𝟬 [𝗺𝗺], disponibili con testa a scelta tra 𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗲, 𝘀𝘃𝗮𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗽𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗮, nei diametri 𝟲.𝟱, 𝟴, 𝟭𝟬 𝗲 𝟭𝟮.

For this project, we supplied our client 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗿𝗹𝘀 with dedicated fastening systems.

In particular, the installation of the profiles was carried out using our 𝗧𝗩𝟬𝟭 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹, featuring a flat 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗸 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱, 𝗧𝗫𝟯𝟬 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗶-𝗟𝗼 Ø𝟳.𝟱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱. It is designed for direct fixing of 𝗣𝗩𝗖 and 𝘄𝗼𝗼𝗱 windows, window frames, and doors on substrates such as 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀.

To complete the intervention, 𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗦 𝟴𝘅𝟴𝟬 [𝗺𝗺] 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘄𝘀 were used, available with different head options including 𝗵𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹, 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗸, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱, in diameters 𝟲.𝟱, 𝟴, 𝟭𝟬, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟭𝟮.
