🏗️ A new plant for the production of biomethane is taking shape — a renewable energy source that contributes to the transition towards a more sustainable energy system and helps reduce dependence on fossil fuels.

⚙️ The construction of circular tanks for biogas and biomethane plants requires precision, efficiency and watertightness.

Our BioGas System enables the construction of tanks without through bars in the concrete walls, ensuring the watertightness of the structure.

With one system, tanks from 6 to 42 metres in diameter can be built, adapting to different project dimensions and configurations.

A solution developed to make on-site assembly faster and more efficient, from formwork installation through to concrete pouring.

Building today the infrastructure for tomorrow’s renewable energy.

🏗️ È in costruzione un nuovo impianto per la produzione di biometano, una fonte di energia rinnovabile che contribuisce alla transizione verso un sistema energetico più sostenibile e alla riduzione della dipendenza dai combustibili fossili.

⚙️ La realizzazione di vasche circolari destinate agli impianti biogas e biometano richiede precisione, efficienza e tenuta.

Il nostro Sistema BioGas consente di realizzare vasche senza barre passanti attraverso le pareti in calcestruzzo, assicurando la tenuta stagna della struttura.

Con un unico sistema è possibile realizzare vasche da 6 a 42 metri di diametro, adattandosi alle diverse dimensioni e configurazioni richieste dal progetto.

Una soluzione sviluppata per rendere più rapide ed efficienti le operazioni di montaggio in cantiere, dalla posa della cassaforma fino al getto del calcestruzzo.

📍 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘆, 𝗠𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗰𝗼

🏗️At the El Árbol construction site, our Alu-up 2 aluminum props, FF Beam aluminum beams, and wall formwork systems enabled the construction of one of the residential towers in the Arboleda complex.

⚙️ Thanks to the versatility, high load capacity, and stability of our products, it was possible to build vertically up to 135 meters and 37 floors in complete safety and efficiency.

🏗️ Nel cantiere di El Árbol, i nostri puntelli in alluminio Alu-up 2, le travi in alluminio FF Beam e le nostre casseforme per pareti hanno consentito la costruzione di una delle torri residenziali del complesso Arboleda.

⚙️ Grazie alla versatilità, alla capacità di portata e alla stabilità dei prodotti è stato possibile costruire in verticale 135 metri e 37 piani in totale sicurezza ed efficienza.

🏗️📐 Its main advantage lies in its extreme versatility: the system handles slopes up to 5% without accessories and up to 16% using an adjustable wedge, eliminating timber infills around columns and seamlessly integrating with prefabricated edge protection.

🔩 Thanks to its flexible modularity combining primary and secondary beams, with grids up to 2.4 x 2.4 m and 3.66 m cantilever beams, the system maximizes both the internal and perimeter working areas while adapting to the most widely used steel or aluminum props on the market.

🏗️📐 Il suo principale vantaggio risiede nell'estrema versatilità d'uso: il sistema permette di realizzare pendenze fino al 5% senza accessori e raggiunge il 16% grazie a un cuneo orientabile, eliminando le compensazioni in legno attorno alle colonne e integrandosi perfettamente con i parapetti prefabbricati.

🔩Grazie alla sua modularità flessibile combinando travi primarie e secondarie, con griglie fino a 2,4 x 2,4 m e travi a sbalzo da 3,66 m, il sistema massimizza l'area di lavoro interna e perimetrale e si adatta ai puntelli in acciaio o alluminio più utilizzati sul mercato.

This tower is set to become one of the new landmarks of Casablanca’s skyline.
