A machine that underperforms or requires frequent intervention does not just affect the coffee. It generates complaints, service calls, and recurring conversations that take time to manage.

The OCS range from Carimali is built to remove that conversation. A wide beverage menu looks like a quality challenge. In most operations, it's actually a consistency challenge.

That was the conversation we kept having at Hotelex 2026, and it's the one Armonia U was designed around. A super-automatic platform built for high-volume environments where the operator changes, the menu is wide, and consistency still needs to hold across every shift.

Four hoppers, 1.2kg coffee capacity, Caricream Pro milk frothing, full HD touch display. The configuration reduces the decisions a user has to make without reducing what the menu can offer.

Scale issues are almost always a training and variability problem. The right system makes both more manageable.

Partnership in coffee is built on proximity. Different regions evolve differently, menu habits shift, service speed changes, staffing models tighten, and the same promise has to hold across all of it.
