More space. More opportunities. Same dedication. We're relocating!

We’re thrilled to share that SAMP is getting ready to move to a brand new facility in Quarto Inferiore, Granarolo dell’Emilia — a modern site of 12,000 m² that will become fully operational by March 2026.

🏗️ This important step represents a 30% expansion in space, giving us the opportunity to bring together all Italian operations in a single location.

Marcel Baetting, CEO of SAMP, explains:
"This move will boost collaboration across all departments and enable us to satisfy our customers' needs for fast and high quality deliveries. It is a strong commitment to Made in Italy”

📈 In recent years, SAMP has more than doubled its workforce, growing from 54 to 115 employees — proof of our steady development and strong growth path.

This relocation marks a new beginning for SAMP, following a successful turnaround — made possible by the dedication of our team, trade unions, and new ownership.
SAMP still keeps the existing production plants of Brazil and China and its presence in the USA.

📊 €60.5 million in revenue for 2024 (up from €45 million in 2023), with our 2025 targets already secured.

This result reflects the strength of our partnerships, the dedication of our 250+ colleagues, and the strategic direction we’ve followed in recent years.

🚀 We are pleased to welcome 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐠 as the new 𝐂𝐄𝐎 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐀𝐌𝐏 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩.

Marcel brings extensive international experience in business transformation, operational leadership, and strategic growth across high-tech industries, private equity, and financial services.

His background includes senior roles at 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐀𝐆, where he supported organizational alignment in PE-backed companies, and 𝐒𝐈𝐗 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, where he led a significant turnaround initiative. Marcel has also held leadership positions at 𝐌𝐜𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐲 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲, 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐨, and 𝐀𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐦, and holds an 𝐌𝐁𝐀 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐈𝐯𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.
