Our UFR water 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 units have been designed and developed to filter and cool the process water used in GRO and UW granulators, enabling a recirculating water system instead of a once-through system.

Thanks to their versatility, they can also be used in highly customized and complex production processes.

Le nostre unità di 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼 UFR acqua sono state progettate e sviluppate per filtrare e raffreddare l’acqua di processo dei granulatori GRO e UW, consentendo di realizzare un circuito a ricircolo anziché a perdere.

Grazie alla loro versatilità, possono essere impiegate anche in processi produttivi altamente personalizzati e complessi.

Installation and commissioning of an Underwater UW100EDEP system at a customer’s site in Spain, specialized in PP recycling!
It was a real pleasure to take part in the training of the staff, who were very attentive to the new technology integrated into the extrusion line, tested shortly before our summer shutdown.

E’ stato un vero piacere partecipare alla formazione del personale, molto attento alla nuova tecnologia inserita nella linea di estrusione collaudata poco prima della nostra chiusura estiva.
