🔬 One medical extrusion concept. Different sizes for different applications.
The Tecno System MED Series is a range of extruders specifically developed for medical tubing and high-precision micro-extrusion applications.

⚙️ The series starts from 12 mm screw diameter, designed for the most demanding micro-tubing applications, and includes different extruder sizes according to the required output, material and final product.
The TM 30 MED, equipped with a 30 mm screw, is one of the configurations within the range, combining compact dimensions with the process control required by the medical industry.

• Temperature-controlled cooled feed throat

🔬 Not every medical tube is designed to stay constant. Some applications require the opposite: controlled variation, precise transitions, and geometry that changes exactly where and how it should.
That is where taper tubing and bump tubing become critical.

⚙️ At Tecno System S.r.l., we develop medical extrusion lines engineered to manage these demanding geometries with stability, repeatability, and precise dimensional control by Zumbach Electronic.

🎥 The video below shows one of our medical micro extrusion lines producing precision taper/bump tubing with smooth and controlled diameter transitions.
