Sormec Custom built Marine and Offshore Cranes The facility covers an area of twenty thousand square meters, eleven thousand of which are indoors.

The company manufactures hydraulic lifting systems for ships, vessels, oil rigs, barges and offshore services with everything made according to customer specifications. Since its establishment 25 years ago, Sormec has consistently increased its global market share by delivering innovative tailor-made cranes for marine and offshore customers all over the world, confirming its brand as a byword of t

echnology, accuracy and reliability. Thanks to the experience acquired in the hydraulic lifting field since 1980 and care of details in design, engineering, construction and after-sales service of cranes, Sormec has gained a prominent position in marine equipment manufacturing. Located only a ten minutes drive from the company’s main head office, the new Sormec building, with a space of 6.200 square meters, is placed in Partinico (PA) for the metallic carpentry, welding and painting procedures. Sormec cranes are specifically manufactured for all segments of marine and offshore industry with a large range of products; all of them are customized and based on each customer’s request and needs. Verifica strutturale FEM

Gestire l’emissione degli elaborati tecnici per l’approvazione da parte degli enti di registro ed al fine di garantire una produzione snella.

Mantenere i contatti con la produzione, enti di registro e l'ufficio commerciale.

ha il compito principale di eseguire il calcolo progettuale dal punto di vista strutturale.

analizza i dati d’input e tiene conto delle certificazioni richieste per le GRU.

emette le informazioni per l'acquisto di sua competenza, ovvero: Distinta Lamiere e Distinta Componenti Meccanici e Distinta Componenti Verricello.

Coordina le attività di emissione disegni

Completa il profilo:

rerequisito:

laurea ingegneria meccanica, civile, idraulica o equipollente.

Utilizzo software quali: CATIA V5, Inventor, autocad, E-plan.

• Sviluppare i progetti oleodinamici in linea con la norma di riferimento e sulla base di direttive del cliente.

• Gestire l’emissione degli elaborati tecnici per l’approvazione da parte degli enti di registro ed al fine di garantire una produzione snella.

• Mantenere i contatti con la produzione, enti di registro e l'ufficio commerciale.

• ha il compito principale di eseguire il calcolo progettuale dell'impianto idraulico attraverso l'elaborazione del MOD 0403 ‐ Piano di Progetto.

• analizza i dati d’input e tiene conto delle certificazioni richieste per le GRU.

• ha l’autorità di assimilare progettazione nuova con progettazione già eseguita in precedenza

• inserisce nel Piano di Prodotto le informazioni per l'acquisto di sua competenza, ovvero: Distinta

• Componenti Idraulici.

Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.
Our cranes are designed and built upon specification, project requirements and applicable rules. Our quality system covers the entire manufacturing process that is done fully in our premises in Italy. We cover the complete range of cranes in size and type. The cranes can be electric, hydraulic, diesel driven and built for hazardous area installation. In house we have: material cutting, bending, rolling, machining, welding, sandblasting (2 facilities), painting (2 facilities), assembly (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, software) testing (6 test benches) with capability up to 15.000 tonm. Furthermore we have in house the complete design, project management, purchasing and after sales offices.
Our production is 100% in Italy with Italian and European main components.
