Pagnoni Impianti successfully completed the FAT for the revamping of the cement bonded particle board press at Amroc Baustoffe GmbH Magdeburg.
Customer’s new products require higher pressure: we replaced the structural frames and the hydraulic unit.
Meanwhile, was upgraded the electronic control unit to the state of the art.
Congratulations to all team members for the successful completion.

DESIGN FOR HIGH TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEM
Following the requirements of the market, we are continuously increasing the technological content of our systems.
The design phase is a key element for a successful project, this is the reason why our technical department has been designing and dimensioning systems with the most up-to-date 3D and FEM solid modelling software since 2017.
The result of this approach guarantees the full reliability of the project for our customers, even in the smallest details. Also the installation phase is simplified avoiding, for example, any interference with the existing structures during the equipment assembly.
The sizing of the critical parts is calculated through FEM software, thus ensuring long-term quality and reliability of our presses.
