Bunyan bureau can be distinguished as one of the largest practitioners in the field of consulting engineering and architectural designs of buildings and various facilities, that related to a process of continuing work spread from the date of its establishment in 1983 of the last century to the present. History:
Our office was established at the hands of the civil engineer (Kamal Ibra
him Mohammed al-Bandar) in 1983 as a small office for engineering consults at (Al-Kateb Street in Mosul city) to begin work under the title (Al-E'AMAR BUREAU). The beginning was with the construction of small houses designed by the competent architect (Jihad Hamad Younis). The office continued to grow and evolve in terms of projects' sizes and engineering and technical staff associated with the office. The growth continued until 1990, when the UN sanctions were imposed on Iraq reducing the activity in the fields of architecture and construction. The office continued to work but slower that it used to do in the 1980s. By 2004, with the return of construction and rebuild activities in Iraq, and as a result of the deterioration of security in Mosul, the founders of the office preferred to move to Erbil city which happened in 2005. The office designed and supervised some of the largest commercial, residential and industrial
projects in Erbil city in particular and in other Iraq
cities in general. With the implantation and application of Engineering Bureaus Law in late 2011, the founders
has changed the office name to be "Bunyan
Engineering Consultancy".

يمكن تمييز مكتب بنيان كأحد اكبر المكاتب المختصة في مجال الاستشارات الهندسية واعداد التصاميم المعمارية للأبنية والمنشآت المختلفة وذلك بفضل مسيرة من العمل المتواصل امتدت من تاريخ تأسيسه سنة 1983 من القرن المنصرم الى وقتنا الحالي .
نبذة تاريخية :
تأسس المكتب على يد المهندس المدني ( كمال ابراهيم محمد البندر ) سنة 1983 على هيئة مكتب صغير للاستشارات الهندسية في منطقة ( شارع الكاتب في مدينة الموصل ) ليبدأ العمل تحت عنوان ( مكتب الاعمار الهندسي ) حيث كانت البداية مع انشاء الدور السكنية صغيرة الحجم والتي اعتمد في تصميمها المعماري على المهندس المعماري القدير ( جهاد حمد يونس ) ليستمر العمل بالنمو والتطور على مستوى حجم المشاريع والكوادر الفنية والهندسية المرتبطة بالمكتب حتى عام 1990م حيث تاريخ فرض الحصار الاممي على العراق وانحسار العمل في مجال البناء والعمران ، واصل المكتب عمله لكن بوتيرة اضعف مما كان عليه في عقد الثمانينيات ، وبحلول العام 2004 ومع عودة اعمال البناء والاعمار وبقوة الى العراق ونتيجة لسوء الوضع الامني في مدينة الموصل فضل مؤسسو المكتب الانتقال الى مدينة اربيل وذلك في سنة 2005م للمباشرة بأعمال التصميم والاشراف الهندسي لأكبر المشاريع التجارية والسكنية والصناعية في مدينةأربيل خاصة ومدن العراق عامة. عند إقرار وتطبيق قانون المكاتب الهندسية أواخر عام 2011 قرر المؤسسون تغيير إسم المكتب إلى مكتب "بنيان للإستشارات الهندسية".
