A 4,500 m² premium fitness and sports facility spanning three floors, approximately 1,500 m² per floor, featuring high-end fitness spaces, VIP sections, and rooftop Padel Courts.

From architectural design to complete interior finishing and implementation, every detail was designed and executed by Eng. Mustafa Hersh Consulting Office.

سێکتەری تایبەت ڕۆڵێکی گرنگ دەبینێت لە پەرەپێدانی وڵات، چونکە وەبەرهێنان، دەرفەتی کار و گەشەی ئابووری دروست دەکات. بەڵام سەرکەوتنی پرۆژە گەورە و ستراتیژییەکان پێویستی بە هاوکاری و هەماهەنگی بەهێز هەیە لەنێوان حکومەت و سێکتەری تایبەت. کاتێک هەردوو لایەن بە دید و ئامانجی هاوبەش کار دەکەن، پرۆژەکان خێراتر سەرکەوتوو دەبن و سوودی زیاتر بۆ خەڵک و ئابووری دەگەیەنن. پرۆژەی VIA Bazaar Project دیزاین و جێبەجێکردنی ئێمە. ئەو پڕۆژەیە تەنها وەبەرهێنانی تایبەت نییە، بەڵکو پرۆژەیەکە بۆ پشتگیری لە ئاسایشی خواردن، جووتیاران، بازرگانان و گەشەپێدانی بازاڕ. بۆیە بەهێزکردنی پەیوەندی نێوان حکومەت و سێکتەری تایبەت گرنگە بۆ دروستکردنی داهاتوویەکی باشتر بۆ هەرێمی کوردستان.
