The work scope included inspection of failed seals, reassembly according to JC standards, installation of the seals, and supervision of bearing-side overhauling. The pump was tested and commissioned, operating successfully and meeting all performance requirements.

Al-Usool Engineering Services successfully completed inspection, maintenance, and commissioning activities on multiple Milton Roy dosing pumps.

The work scope included troubleshooting a unit with motor overload, full mechanical inspection, oil filling, stroke adjustment and verification, check valve testing, workshop performance testing, site installation, and gradual stroke commissioning while monitoring pump flow and motor current.

A performance curve was developed to validate operational efficiency, and the repaired pump was returned to service in optimal condition. Remaining units are stored at the customer’s facility for future use.

The scope included seal removal, shipment to a certified service center for inspection and root cause analysis, successful seal repair and testing, reinstallation with bearing side overhauls, and final commissioning and start-up. All units were returned to service operating within optimal parameters.

Al-Usool Engineering Services successfully implemented commissioning procedures and start-up operations for crude charge pumps at a major oil field. The work involved installation of seal pipe plans according to John Crane standards, followed by performance testing in recycle and operation modes. Pumps operated smoothly with acceptable vibration and temperature levels, and no abnormal issues were observed. The pumps were driven by WEG motors, for which Al-Usool is the official representative.
