1) Track and manage incoming payments
2) Keep the clients informed about their outstanding debts and give them a reasonable deadline to make the payments
3) Maintain and update the report of all billing activities and present them to the Management
4) Issue invoices, bills, receipts, etc and manage the account status
5) Maintain and update accounts receivable records
6) Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software like TALLY
7) Good numerical abilities
8) Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks at a time
