Some spaces don’t rely on dramatic forms or excessive materials to create an experience.

Sometimes,
light, proportion, openness, and restraint are enough.

This study looked at how the core spatial qualities of a double-height library volume — daylight, visual breathing space, ceiling rhythm, and material continuity — successfully carried from render to built reality.

Same space.
Different atmosphere.
But the intent remained intact.

Most of us experience architecture without noticing how it’s guiding us.

A staircase slows you down.
A shaded void pulls you inward.
A raised plinth suddenly makes a building feel important.

This was a small attempt at breaking down those subtle spatial moments through the KMC project — the kind of design decisions architects use so often that we almost stop seeing them ourselves.✨✨

A workplace is more than a collection of desks and meeting rooms.
It is an environment that quietly shapes focus, interaction, comfort, and the overall experience of work.

Through light, materiality, colour, geometry, and spatial openness, each zone within this workspace was designed to support a different mode of use — from focused conversations and collaborative energy to moments of pause and transition.

Good interiors do more than look refined.
They influence how people feel, think, and connect within a space.
