We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our sales team and drive the growth of our iron and steel product sales in Nepal. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the steel or construction sector and be passionate about building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads and build a robust sales pipeline for iron and steel products.
Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and negotiations to close sales.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and distributors.
Understand and communicate product specifications and benefits effectively.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
Travel within assigned territories to meet potential and existing clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in steel, iron sales, or related sectors.
Strong understanding of steel products such as HR coils, CR coils, billets, and other Iron & Steel items.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in local languages and English (preferred).
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
