To some degree, we all have a taste of Matlab (and probably Simulink) through our course material. However, the exposure to these is still limited to plotting and analyzing and at-best solving ODEs and complicated numerical analysis.
But this is just scratching the surface. To truly understand the power of these tools, we need to broaden our horizons, and what better way to do that than learning with drones!!
MathWorks and ICT Academy, in collaboration with Aeromodelling Club IITB, present to you a webinar series combining drones and Matlab to enhance your knowledge on both the domains with curated exercises.
The series of webinars will help you to develop skills that are relevant in various industries like aerospace, automotive, robotics, etc. Through this four-part webinar series, you will learn how to model, simulate, and fly a drone.
Most importantly, You will get exposed to industry-relevant skills like:
𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥
𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
𝐈𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧
𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜
in each of the four-session respectively.
The first session is on 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤. In this session, you will learn about control systems, navigation, and Modelling a drone using Simulink from the perspective of a drone! To stay updated about further sessions, fill the form below!

Mathworks and ICT Academy would provide certificates to participants who complete at least three out of the four webinars. Participation in the webinars will also help you prepare for the MathWorks Minidrone Competitions. All this will be done in a fun way involving mini-drones!
We are excited to see you there!
