Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling mild steel products (HR coils, CR sheets, galvanized sheets) and will contribute to increasing revenue, market presence, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
● Sales Strategy & Ex*****on:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
● Customer Acquisition & Retention:
Identify and engage B2B OEM client, understand their requirements, and provide
tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
● Product Knowledge:
Provide customers with in-depth knowledge of our MS products and guide them
in selecting the right products for their needs.
● Market Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to
refine sales strategies.
● Order Management:
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including order placement, coordination
with the logistics team, and ensuring timely delivery.
● Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer
interactions, sales data, and market feedback.
● Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align sales strategies
with business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in mild steel products or a
related industry.
● Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM), MS Office
applications, and comfortable with basic data analysis.
● Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR coils, CR sheets, galvanized sheets, and
the steel market.
● Soft Skills:
■ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
■ Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
■ Excellent customer service orientation.
