We are pleased to announce the successful inauguration of the Special Welding Training Program for “Women in Welding” under the FACT initiative at the Fronius India Headquarters, Pune.

This cohort comprises 24 engineering students from SRM Easwari Engineering College, Chennai Institute of Technology, St. Joseph’s College of Engineering and Technology, O.P. Jindal University, and Uma Charan Patnaik Engineering School. The one-month program is designed to enhance technical skills and prepare participants for industry readiness.
The participants were selected from the National Welding League for Women 2026 (NWL) and demonstrate strong interest in the welding field.

At Fronius, our commitment—“Weld like a girl”—reflects our focus on empowering women welders through high-quality training and excellence. We are excited to begin this journey with this talented group.
We extend our sincere gratitude to our esteemed guests, Ms. Renu Gupta and Mr. Ravindra Garad, for their presence and for inspiring the participants.
