Day 1 was about stepping into the heart of Jendamark India, seeing the work, sharing ideas and experiencing the people and spaces behind what we do.

The day took us onto the shopfloor, where our teams explored new projects, exchanged perspectives and got a closer look at whatโ€™s taking shape at Jendamark India.

A special highlight was the ๐ˆ๐ง๐š๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐‡๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐Ÿ“, marking a new chapter in our journey and another milestone in the growth of Jendamark India.

And, of course, no great day with a global team ends without a ๐‚๐ก๐ž๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฐ๐ก๐š๐ญโ€™๐ฌ ๐š๐ก๐ž๐š๐. ๐Ÿป

Different countries. Different perspectives. ๐Ž๐ง๐ž ๐‰๐ž๐ง๐๐š๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ค.

From hygiene and puberty to personal safety, relationships, and responsible digital habits, the sessions sparked meaningful conversations and encouraged curiosity without judgment. Teachers, too, gained valuable insights to better support young minds through this important phase of life.

Because education is not just about informing, it's about reassuring young people that they are understood, supported, and never alone in their journey.
