Chocolate production demands precise mixing.
Cocoa powder, crystalline sugar at 30–40%, oils, fats, and water are difficult to blend using conventional mixers. Large sugar particles settle, mixing efficiency drops, and production time can increase by up to 50%, often forcing a two-step process with higher energy consumption.
The Fristam FSP High Performance Shear Pump blends all ingredients, including crystalline sugar, in a single process, producing inseparable emulsions and absolutely homogeneous end products.

It all started with manufacturing cream and cheese vats (the vessel used for holding the milk or cream with mixing to extract cheese), and refrigeration units for dairies. The requirement was that these tools be prepared from a high-grade stainless steel material to make them robust & easy to use. The year was 1909 when Friederich Stamp (the great grandfather of the current CEO & CTO of Fristam Pumps), decided to take things into his own hands. With sustained efforts, the very first Fristam pump made of stainless steel was manufactured in 1931. Since then, we have continued to become a highly specialized company. Currently, we are the leading manufacturers of high-quality pumps and mobile mixing plants for hygienic applications.

Today, Fristam Pumps offers completely reliable solutions, perfectly adapted to your specific applications. Before we start to build a pump, we try to understand our client’s processes, and only then do we start manufacturing our pumps according to uniquely high standards of craftsmanship, predominantly from the purest cast and forged stainless steel 316 L.

The journey east of Fristam Pumps started with ‘Fristam Pumps India’ entering the Indian Market in 1989. Fristam Pumps India produced top-notch hygienic pumps used in Dairy, Beverage, Brewery, Food, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, and Chemical Industries. Today, we have established ourselves as the top quality pump suppliers in the Indian market. We have recently inaugurated our newest factory with state-of-the-art manufacturing and assembly line in the Phase II of Chakan MIDC.
