We were invited by the Shapoorji Pallonji team (Fig. 1) to give a demo of the CPCMMS to help them;

Enhance Concrete Quality

• Continuously Monitoring Concrete Strength

• Optimize De-shuttering Time

• Reduce Cube Tests

• Detect Concrete Batch Variations

Objectives to Use CPCMMS →

To demonstrate calibration and deployment test runs on M35 mix for slab in Vanaha project to establish the concrete maturity curve (TTF vs Strength) for M35 mix for 8-day cycle and compare in place strength in slab and standard cube strength.

• To accurately measure the in-place strength of concrete in structure

• To monitor real-time behaviour of placed concrete for Effective Decision making.

• To reduce dependency on inaccurate standard cube tests

• To detect any variation in concrete batching

• To implement CPCMMS as continuous NDT as per IS 456 (Cl. 17.8)

• To bring Confidence in Concreting

USE CASE DESCRIPTION-
C-Probe's team provided demo sessions for the S&P Yahavi staff, for the use of the meters in their actual site, showing them techno-commercial advantages

We are happy to inform you that we were a part of the Scitech StepUp ManXL - a NIDHI Accelerator programme funded by Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India (GOI) and powered by Science and Technology Park, Pune (Scitech Park) was held on 29th March 2023 in Pune.

C-Probe Technologies were announced 1st Runner-up received cash prize of Rs. 3 Lakh.

Critical decisions related to concrete in construction are based on unreliable, time-consuming, and fraud-prone cube tests. This leads to deficient, inefficient, and unsafe construction. Our indigenous and patented C-Probe's Concrete Maturity Meter System is a NDT based on Industry4.0, providing real-time concrete's performance from its fresh-to- solid state, continuously and automatically. This data is valuable for taking reliable, safe, and timely decisions related to placed concrete with confidence, leading to assured and efficient construction. Reduction in cube tests by at least 50%, and speeding up the concreting work by more than 15% is typically feasible-saving time, labour and resources.
