URGENT HIRING! Management Supervisor

• Position: Management Supervisor (Urgent Requirement)
• Experience: 2+ years (Preferred in manufacturing/engineering sector)
• Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on skills & experience)
• Location: Sector 05, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 201301
Key Responsibilities:
• Production & Operations Oversight: Supervise day-to-day operations in the wire crimping machine and applicator manufacturing unit to ensure targets are met.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage floor workers, technicians, and staff to maintain high productivity and discipline.
• Workflow Coordination: Coordinate between design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
• Quality & Compliance: Monitor the quality of output, minimize wastage, and ensure strict compliance with industry and safety standards.
• Reporting: Maintain daily logs, inventory records, and update upper management on production status and resource requirements.
Must Have:
• Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or Operations Coordinator (experience in a manufacturing or mechanical assembly environment is a huge plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for process optimization.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
