Industrial visit 2013
------------------------------------------

9 Nights & 10 Days visit.

Total tour cost: Rs. 7,500/-

The tour cost includes:
1. Railway journey, by 3 tier `Non A/c` compartment on Student concession.
2. All entry and guide charges are included.
3. 2x2 or 3x2 luxury bus [Non A/c] for local sightseeing.
4. All meals (On continental basis).
5. Industrial visits.

The tour cost excludes:
1. Camera ticket & boating charges.
2. Personal expenditures.

Hotels: [all 3 stars]
1. Hotel Hill Queen or similar. [At Masoorie]
2. Hotel Ambassador or similar. [At Nainital]
3. Hotel cottages and tent. [At Jim Corbett]

1. Board to train
We assemble at 'Kalyan' to board the train to Delhi.
Time: 8:00 PM

Date: 24/01/2012

1. Reach to Delhi
Once we reach to Delhi we proceed to board the buses for Mussoorie. (273 KM)

2. Reach to Mussoorie
Once we reach to Mussoorie, We'll check in hotel. The overnight stay will be in that hotel.

Date: 25/01/2012

1. Industrial visit
After breakfast we proceed to Industrial visit.

2. Sight Seeing
After lunch we proceed to Sight Seeing at Gun Hill point, Kempty Falls & Mall road.

3. Proceed to Nainital
After dinner we proceed to Nainital.

Date: 26/01/2012

1. Reach to Nainital
Check in hotel and after breakfast we depart for Nainital Sight seeing (Bhimal, Naini Mandir).

2. Shopping / D.J. Night
The evening is free for shopping (Tibetan Market) and after dinner Overnight D.J. Party at hotel.

1. Sight Seeing
After breakfast we proceed for local sight seeing (Naini Lake, Ropeway)

2. Stay at hotel
Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

1. Proceed to Ranikhet
After breakfast we check out hotel & proceed to Ranikhet.

2. D.J. And overnight stay
Dinner followed by D.J. And overnight stay at hotel in Ranikhet.

1. Proceed to Jim Corbett
After breakfast we proceed to Corbett. Lunch En-route.

2. Camp Fire
Evening camp fire. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel/Tent.

1. Jim Corbett Safari
We proceed to Jim Corbett Safari. Local sight seeing at Corbett.

2. En-route to Delhi
Overnight en-route to Delhi.

1. Board Train to Mumbai
After reaching Delhi station board train for Mumbai.

█░░ - Day 10 - ░░█
Date: 01/02/2012

1. Happy ending.
Arrival to Mumbai and completion of tour with sweet memories.

Everyone is requested to pay the second installment of the I.V. from next Monday onwards.
The last date for the completion of the installment is 30 October, but as per the request of the I.V. Secretary Sadanand Varma we request you all to pay the second installment as soon as possible, because then after he may be busy in submissions and other activities.

If you haven't paid the first installment of the I.V., then you can still pay the first installment on Monday to the I.V...
