DBC Port Logistics Limited was formed as Speedy Transport Private Limited in 1986 as a transportation provider within Mumbai port. Although the Company is still active in Mumbai port, since 2006 it has been running the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Container Freight Station (CFS).The CFS is one of the largest such facilities in India spread over 68 acres. The facility includes an exclusive Buffer Yard adm
easuring 14 acres and approximately 350,000 square feet of warehousing space.The Company provides all CFS related services such as export and import container movement, public bonded warehousing, handling of hazardous cargo and Reefer Containers. The Company also has a separate Buffer Yard.The Company has a fleet of its own equipment, which enables it to provide efficient self-reliant services. Today the Company uses 150 tractor-trailers, 12 reach stackers and 24 forklifts. It further uses 3 cranes to handle the cargo passing through the CFS.
