భవన నిర్మాణం ప్రభుత్వ నిబంధనలు / రూల్స్ ప్రకారం చేయకపోతే, ఆ నిర్మాణం అక్రమ నిర్మాణంగా పరిగణించబడుతుంది.

కాంక్రీట్‌లో మంచి నీరు వాడకపోతే వచ్చే సమస్యలు:
1. కాంక్రీట్ బలం తగ్గుతుంది
ఉప్పు, మట్టి, కెమికల్స్ ఉన్న నీరు వాడితే సిమెంట్ సరిగా రియాక్ట్ కాకుండా కంప్రెసివ్ స్ట్రెంత్ తగ్గిపోతుంది.
2. స్టీల్ రాడ్స్‌కు తుప్పు (కర్రోషన్)
ఉప్పు లేదా క్లోరైడ్స్ ఉన్న నీటివల్ల RCC లోని స్టీల్ త్వరగా తుప్పు పడుతుంది.
3. పగుళ్లు (Cracks) ఏర్పడటం
కాంక్రీట్ సరిగ్గా సెట్టవకుండా చిన్న-చిన్న పగుళ్లు వచ్చి భవిష్యత్తులో పెద్ద సమస్యలవుతాయి.
4. ఎఫ్లోరెసెన్స్ (ఉప్పు మరకలు)
గోడలు, స్లాబ్‌లపై తెల్లటి ఉప్పు మచ్చలు కనిపిస్తాయి.
5. దీర్ఘకాలిక బలం తగ్గడం
మొదట బాగానే ఉన్నట్టు కనిపించినా కాలక్రమేణా కాంక్రీట్ డ్యూరబిలిటీ తగ్గుతుంది.
6. ప్లాస్టరింగ్, ఫినిషింగ్ సమస్యలు
ప్లాస్టర్ ఊడిపోవడం, పౌడర్‌గా మారడం జరుగుతుంది.
7. IS కోడ్స్ ఉల్లంఘన
IS 456 ప్రకారం కాంక్రీట్‌కు వాడే నీరు త్రాగడానికి పనికివచ్చే నీటిలా శుద్ధిగా ఉండాలి.

👉 సారాంశం:
కాంక్రీట్‌లో మంచి నీరు వాడకపోతే భవనం బలం, భద్రత, ఆయుష్షు మూడింటికీ ప్రమాదం.
అందుకే “తాగడానికి పనికివచ్చే నీరు = కాంక్రీట్‌కు సరైన నీరు” అనే నియమాన్ని తప్పకుండా పాటించాలి.
